GitHub ↔ Graphite

Automatically open GitHub and Graphite pull request overviews in your preferred service.

Open pull requests and supported comment links in the service you prefer. Choose Off, Prefer Graphite, or Prefer GitHub from a simple toolbar popup. Your choice is saved in this Chrome profile and applies to supported tabs and future visits. Automatic redirects are off by default. WHAT'S NEW IN 0.6.0 • Open in Linear: on a Graphite PR with a linked ‘Linear:’ line in its description, use Cmd-K and search ‘Open in Linear’ to open that issue in a new tab. • Comment links now switch between GitHub and Graphite while preserving supported review-comment, conversation-comment, and review-summary destinations. Selecting a comment within the PR you are already viewing does not switch sites. OPEN IN GITHUB On a Graphite PR, use Cmd-K and search ‘Open in GitHub’. The PR opens in a new tab that stays on GitHub for that PR, even with Prefer Graphite enabled. SUPPORTED LINKS Automatic switching supports eligible PR overviews and comment links on github.com and app.graphite.com. Other detailed views, unsupported anchors, Graphite thread/tour links, and links with non-tracking query parameters stay on their original service. GitHub-to-Graphite comment switching uses GitHub page metadata; if that metadata is unavailable, the link stays on GitHub. GitHub Enterprise is not supported. LOCAL SETTINGS, NO API TOKEN No extension account or companion app is required. Preferences and temporary redirect state stay in your browser. No analytics, advertising, tracking, backend API requests, or additional permissions in this update. Navigation uses your existing site sessions; GitHub, Graphite, or Linear may require sign-in.
