GitHub Sync Fork
Overview
Keep your Github forks in sync automatically and see how far behind they are.
Keeping your GitHub forks updated can be a tedious manual process. GitHub Fork Sync streamlines this by injecting a native-looking "Sync Fork" interface directly into your GitHub Repositories page. Features: - Real-time 'Behind By' commit metrics right on the repository list. - One-click "Sync All" button to update every out-of-date fork simultaneously. - Multi-selection toggles to batch sync specific forks. - Smart auto-disabling for forks that are already up to date. How to use: 1. Generate a GitHub Personal Access Token (PAT) with `repo` and `workflow` scopes. 2. Enter the token securely in the extension's popup. 3. Visit your GitHub profile's Repositories tab. 4. Use the newly injected Sync buttons to update your forks instantly! Privacy first: Your GitHub token is securely stored in your browser's local storage and is strictly used to communicate directly with the official GitHub API. No data is collected, tracked, or sent anywhere else.
