Sync GitHub starred repositories and list memberships.

**GitHub Starred Lists** helps users organize and review their GitHub starred repositories in one place. The extension connects to the user’s GitHub account (via a user-provided Personal Access Token) and fetches: - Starred repositories - GitHub Stars Lists (when available in the user’s account) It merges this data into a single view and provides: - Quick sync and local cache refresh - Search by repository name/description - Filter by list - Export to JSON or CSV - Light/Dark theme toggle Data handling: - The token is stored locally in `chrome.storage.local`. - Repository data is stored locally for faster viewing. - The extension only communicates with `https://api.github.com/*`. - No external analytics, ads, or third-party data sharing are included.
