GitHub Repo Notes 是一个 local-first Chrome 插件，用于在 GitHub 仓库页添加本地私人备注，并在 Stars 列表页展示。 看到有用的 GitHub repo 时，你可能会顺手 Star，但过一段时间后又忘了当初为什么收藏它。这个插件可以在 repo 页面记录项目用途、亮点或收藏原因，并在 Stars 列表页自动展示同一条备注，方便之后快速识别每个项目。 主要功能： - 在 repo 详情页添加、编辑备注。 - 在 GitHub Stars 列表页展示、编辑同一条备注。 - 支持导出 JSON 备份。 - 支持导入 JSON 迁移。 - 支持 GitHub light / dark mode。 数据只保存在浏览器本地。插件不会上传备注，不会调用 GitHub API，也不会读取 GitHub token、cookies 或浏览历史。
