Live tab groups for your GitHub PRs: authored and review-requested PRs open as background tabs and close when done.

Keeps Chrome tab groups automatically in sync with the user's GitHub pull requests: opens tabs for the user's open and review-requested PRs, and closes them when the PRs are closed, merged, or reviewed.
