Overview

Replaces GitHub's look-alike open and draft pull request icons with a green square and an outlined white square.

I got tired of squinting at github's icons to see if a pull request was a draft or ready. This changes the icons on the pull request index page to be a green square (ready) or a gray box (draft pul request).
