GitHub PR File Filters

Add configurable include and exclude shortcuts for GitHub pull request file filters.

Review GitHub pull requests faster with one-click shortcuts for the file types you care about. GitHub PR File Filters adds compact, configurable buttons beside GitHub's native file filter on the “Files changed” tab. Create **Include** filters to show only specific file types, or **Exclude** filters to hide the ones you do not want to review. Start with `.cs` and `Unity`, or create your own shortcuts for any combination of extensions. The extension uses GitHub's native `file-filters[]` URL parameters, so filtering remains handled by GitHub and the resulting URL stays shareable.
