Overview
Style GitHub and GitHub Enterprise in widescreen layout. Works on github.com and GitHub Enterprise hosted on a github.* address.
When using GitHub on github.com or GitHub Enterprise on an internal host such as github.hosted.internal.mycompanytld some basic CSS styling is applied to override the fixed width layout of GitHub so that the content of the page fills the available space on large resolution monitors.
