Simple, useful.

A good idea, but when a PR has many comments it causes heavy lag when loading the PR.

A must-have extension that will significantly improve the developer experience when looking for the most outstanding comments on GitHub issues.

How... How did nobody at GitHub think of this. Man, using this for a few hours was all I needed to realize how much time this will save me!
