GitHub File Size Viewer is a lightweight extension that displays the size of each file and folder in GitHub repositories. It uses the GitHub API to fetch details, including recursive folder sizes, making it easy to see the total size of nested directories. Features - Shows file sizes in KB, MB, or GB. - Recursively calculates folder sizes. - Uses your GitHub Personal Access Token to avoid rate limits. - Open-source and easy to set up. How to Use 1. Install the extension from the Chrome Web Store. 2. Upon first install, you’ll be prompted to enter your GitHub token (optional, but recommended). 3. Visit any GitHub repository’s file list. The sizes will appear next to each file/folder.
