Adds custom filter dropdown to GitHub issues and pull requests page for quick access to saved search queries, plus branch favorites for easy navigation and compare page favorites for streamlined code comparison *Known issues* -When a Favorite branch is added or removed, the branches dropdown should reopen to display the updated list. - Sometimes, a refresh is needed to display the favorites tab in the dropdown.
