)Overview
Translate a single GitHub issue, pull request or discussion comment with Google Translate or your own AI model
Translate individual GitHub issue, pull request, or discussion comments in place using Google Translate or your own AI translation service. Features: - In-place single-comment translation: Translate only the specific comment you choose, rather than the whole page, keeping the rest of the GitHub page intact. - Side-by-side bilingual view: Displays the translation right beneath the original comment for easy comparison. - Editable translations: Tweak or copy the generated translation directly in the UI. - Flexible translation engines: Use built-in Google Translate or connect your own AI model via custom API keys and endpoints. - One place to switch: Click the extension's toolbar icon to change the translation engine or target language for every comment. - Vendor presets: Common AI vendors are built in, so picking one fills in its API address for you. You can edit the presets or add your own. - Move settings between computers: Export everything on one computer and import it on another. - Code & Markdown preservation: Code blocks, inline code, links, @mentions, and #references are kept as-is. - Privacy-first: Your API keys stay in your browser's local storage and are never sent to third-party servers other than your configured provider.
