Gitea Code Tree
Overview
Adds an IDE-like file tree to Gitea repository pages you authorize.
Gitea Code Tree adds a fast, searchable file tree to Gitea repository code pages, so you can move through folders and files without repeatedly returning to the repository root. Features: • IDE-style collapsible sidebar • Search across loaded files • Active-path highlighting during navigation • Support for public and private repositories • Support for slash-containing refs, Unicode paths, subpath deployments, custom ports, and HTTP/HTTPS instances • Light and dark sidebar themes • Local cache and UI-state restoration • Clear retry and recovery behavior when a Gitea instance is unavailable Privacy first: • Runs only on Gitea instances you explicitly add and authorize • Stores settings, optional read-only tokens, cache, and diagnostics locally in chrome.storage.local • Does not sell data, upload repository content, track browsing for advertising, or use third-party analytics • Removes instance data when you delete the instance; uninstalling removes extension storage Getting started: 1. Open the extension Options page. 2. Add your Gitea instance and grant access to that exact origin. 3. Open a repository code page and use the file tree on the left.
