Favorite writing app! So helpful for any project where you need to organize your thoughts or the flow of ideas/events. Lovely layout and design. Be aware that if you really love the app and want to use it a lot, you will be asked to pay a monthly fee. But there's a sliding scale, so it's still a pretty great deal.

Very helpful. It is the editor closest to human way of thinking.

Makes organising writing enjoyable and intuitive.

Simple and powerful - Takes 5 minutes to get the hang of the hotkeys and then it is like dumping all your thoughts into an easy navigatable and adjustable layout. I can't believe it is free and web-based. Chromebookgasm. (donations optional) The workbooks (trees) are shareable and downloadable, but I work alone and now I want to replace Trello with this! I hope this is around for a long time and continues to be improved.

This might seem harsh but I really, really, really want a writing app where I don't have to even think about Markdown. I'm an academic writer and I actually need all the punctuation marks that Markdown uses. Programmers who make apps only for people like themselves are inherently limiting their target market.

I wrote this app *as* an academic myself. Markdown was a choice I made to give users the flexibility to quickly add basic formatting without cluttering up the interface while writing fast drafts. I understand Markdown isn't for everyone, though. I hope you found what you're looking for.

This app is total crap. I was in the final stretch of finishing my book when it crashed on me - twice! I lost in total about 3 hrs of edits. Oh, but I thougth I was ok b/c the In FAQ's they say "We are also using a “commit” system on the backend, so every change you make is saved, and nothing is ever permanently deleted" Total lie - I lost tons of material. As a side note - I asked Adriano to refund me and I wouldn't leave this. He couldn't have cared less about the heartache his app cause... Show more

I understand that losing work is the single most frustrating thing that can happen with an online editor. I tried helping you through the issue via our email conversation, to see if your 3 hrs of edits could have been found in our backups. But you didn't like my "crappy answer" and didn't want to let me help you recover your work because it was all "in a bunch of fucking code". I do as much as I can to prevent issues like this. But when they do arise, I'm often able to find backups and attempt a recovery, IF I have your assistance. Instead, your email started with veiled threats, and ended with open threats and profanity.

Very interesting... I 'd love an Italian version

Absolutely brilliant. I write reviews very rarely, but this tool is incredible. I've been looking for something like this for a long time, and I'm so happy I've found it! Amazingly well done app. You definitely should try it out.

Very nice. Easy to use and clean, with a fullscreen Markdown editor when needed. Wish I could buy outright rather than choose between limiting cards and subscribing, though--that's the only reason I've deleted a star.
