Advanced DM Client for Insta

no wheel option ;'(

Good day, can i ask:
"Go to Settings page by clicking a wheel, and switch the feature(s) ON."
theres no wheel option, it just opens in new tab
is there a way to recieve notification if theres new message ?
So i dont need to go check for it manually : )
