Dosent work in ZohoMail PLEASE FIX IT
I bought it to use mainly in my Zohomail account, to respond to emails, but it simply doesn't work to respond to emails from Zoho, it doesn't generate texts using the shortcuts within Zoho's email response field. Please correct this, otherwise I will have wasted money investing in your tool.

FlyMSG isn't working with web.whastapp.com
Since last upgrade, FlyMSG isn't working with web.whatsapp.com . When you type the shortcut, FlyMSG replace by a empty text. But works very well with other sites, like GMail.

We apologize for the issue. We published a new update as you said and it impacted what's app. As of this morning at 12am PST we published a new version. That version is pending approval by Google. As soon as it's luanched it should fix that issue along with any peformance issues. please feel free to reach out to hey support at vengreso dot com if you'd like to be on the list to be notified when the new extension is available.

text expansion does not work
Hi ,
the tool worked flawless till a few weeks ago. I logged in and out,, refreshed pages but it does not work. Do I have to update my chrome browser?

Hello valued customer yes we did have an update to 2.0 on 10/07. Thank you for writing to us. We are sorry that you are having this problem. Unfortunately, Google does not notify us when there is an issue reported here via the Chrome user support. We have to manually check this thus the delay. Going forward please feel free to reach out to hey support at Vengreso dot com. We are going to provide an answer here however, if that answer does not satisfy your need please email us ASAP.
We recommend that you uninstall and then reinstall the Chrome extension. But before doing so go to app.vengreso.com and click on your profile icon in the upper right hand corner and then "sign out".
Next, right click on the now grey FlyMSG logo next to your URL and click "remove from Chrome."
You will then be routed to an uninstall page whereby you can then click "reinstall chrome or Edge." Select your browser of choice and reinstall.
Upon reinstall - PIN the extenstion.
Now click the extenstion and sign in as you normally would.
That should resolve the problem.

Does Not Expand
Today, the FLYMsg expander did not Expand ?
All shortcuts used- were Just Highlighted (on recognition), without Expanding the associated text.
This happenned a few times Before - and Just Reloading helped - But Not today.
Another clue is that the FM Logo at the top next to my URL - does not bring up the EDIT Entry Screen. You Click and Nothing Happens

Does not work with Zoho CRM

There shouldn't be! It works across every CRM. Can you shoot a small video and send it to HeySupport@vengreso.com to show how it's not working?
Don't forget make sure you
1. The Chrome extension shows you "logged in" - the FlyMSG icon should be purple.
2. Also try refreshing the page to see if it will work.

Expanding as plain text.
Hi - is there a way to have a flycut expand to just plain text? ie, with no font or formatting? I would like to use it to paste into gmail compose but the pasted text looks different to the rest of the message.

Yes absolutly a way to do that! All you have to do is match the plain text font type in Gmail to what's in FlyMSG. You'll notice there is a simple and rich text testing center at the top of each page. If you have further needs email us at HeySupport@vengreso.com
