Overview
Grab any part of a web page as an animated GIF or MP4. Runs entirely on your machine — nothing is uploaded.
GIF Grab turns any region of a web page into an animated GIF or MP4, recorded and encoded right in your browser. Click the toolbar button, drag a box over what you want, and record. Your file saves to your Downloads folder. Nothing leaves your machine. There's no account and nothing gets uploaded. The capture and the encoding both run on your own device, so the page you record never goes to a server. What you can do: - Record any part of the page and record it as a GIF or MP4 - Lock the box in place, or move it while recording to follow the action - Capture a full-page scroll as a GIF or MP4 for long content - Trim, speed up, or reverse a clip before you save it - Add a caption, emoji stickers, or a color filter - Record several clips in one session and export them together as a ZIP - Set a maximum file size and let GIF Grab fit the GIF under it Pick a preset size or type your own, set the frame rate, and record. When a capture uses a limited set of colors, the encoder shares one palette across the whole clip, so flat interfaces stay sharp and the file stays small. GIF Grab is free, with no ads and no tracking. How to use it: - Open the page you want to record and click the GIF Grab icon. - Drag a box over the area, or choose a capture mode. - Press record, then save as GIF or MP4.
