Chrome app not available, logo won't upload, function no longer works in Chrome

I have three issues:
1. When I try to install the Chrome app, it says it's not available.
2. I can't upload a logo in a PNG file no matter what size it is. I used to be able to do this.
3. Even with just a raw URL, it will not generate a barcode. It just sits there and Spins with no response.
