Force Background Tab

Tried to get BullX to load in background tabs. It didn't work. Not sure if it has anything to do with manifest 3. Bummer.

Both internal and external links open in a new tab in the background, perfect, and there is nothing else that does the same thing. Can you please update this so it works with the new manifest v3?
