Overview

Connects Giddh e-signature to hardware DSC tokens via PKCS#11. No per-origin license required.

Giddh DSC Bridge — Digital Signature for Giddh Sign documents in Giddh with your USB Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) token, directly from Chrome. Giddh DSC Bridge connects the Giddh web app to your hardware DSC token (ePass, ProxKey, mToken, Watchdata, and other PKCS#11-compatible tokens) so you can apply legally valid digital signatures to invoices and documents without leaving your browser. How it works Install the Giddh DSC Bridge desktop companion app (required — it talks to your token's driver). Plug in your USB DSC token. Open Giddh, choose a document to sign, enter your token PIN, and sign. Features Sign invoices and documents on giddh.com using your hardware DSC token Automatically detects certificates on your plugged-in token Supports multiple tokens and PKCS#11 drivers Your private key never leaves the USB token — signing happens on the hardware itself Your token PIN is sent only to the local companion app on your computer, never to any server Requirements A USB DSC token with its vendor driver installed The Giddh DSC Bridge desktop companion app (macOS, Windows, Linux) A Giddh account Privacy This extension runs only on giddh.com. It communicates exclusively with the companion app installed on your own computer. No certificate data, PINs, or signed content is collected, stored, or transmitted to any third party. Also useful, if the dashboard asks for them separately: Single-purpose statement: This extension enables digital signing of documents in the Giddh web app using the user's hardware DSC token. It has no other functionality. Permission justifications: nativeMessaging: "Required to communicate with the locally installed Giddh DSC Bridge companion app, which reads certificates and signs hashes on the user's hardware DSC token." Host permission (*.giddh.com): "Required to inject the signing bridge into the Giddh web app, the only site this extension operates on."
