GhostCheck is a Chrome extension for job seekers who want to check company hiring reputation before they apply. While you browse job boards, search results, career pages, and company websites, the extension can detect known company names on the page. When a match appears, it can underline the company and show a small status card with moderated applicant report data. Use it to: - Spot hiring ghosting reports, no-reply patterns, fake job postings, misleading roles, and poor interview experiences - Check company reputation signals based on reviewed applicant reports - Open public company profiles with report counts, dates, and status context - File a hiring experience report after an application, recruiter screen, interview, or take-home assignment - Pin companies you want to watch - Hide companies you do not want highlighted - Turn page highlighting on or off anytime The extension scans visible page text in your browser to match company names from the GhostCheck database.
