GhostAI — writing assistant
Overview
Capture approved context, preview a draft, and advance it with your keyboard.
GhostAI turns selected questions, screenshots and your own notes into drafts you can review and edit before using. Capture context, prepare an answer, and keep your writing under your control. • Select a question or capture a screen region. • Save notes or import text from PDF, Word and text documents. • Generate, review and edit drafts. • Advance approved text with character-by-character or word-by-word controls. • Customize keyboard shortcuts and pause at any time. • Choose light or dark mode. Free accounts include 10 concise AI requests per month, subject to processing limits. Manual drafts and writing controls remain free. Optional Premium provides a larger monthly allowance. GhostAI requires Chrome and a desktop helper for Windows or Mac, available from our website. Mac users must enable Accessibility and Input Monitoring. The current Mac beta may also require Apple Command Line Tools. Notes and settings are stored locally in Chrome. When you generate a draft, your selected context, relevant notes and instruction are sent to the AI service. Review answers for accuracy and follow your school, workplace and website rules.
