Display history and bookmarks from 'just the right place' with a transparent GUI

This is a tool that lets you browse large lists of history and bookmarks starting from "just the right spot." Once installed, a red dashed line appears in the top-right corner of your browser. Placing your mouse cursor over this area displays a "N%" popup. N is a value from 0% (left edge) to 100% (right edge) of the red dashed line area, known as the "Ghost Interface." For example, if you have 100 bookmarks, scrolling the mouse wheel down at the 50% position will display the list starting from approximately the 50th bookmark. Scrolling up displays your history list. You can also hide the red dashed line or put the tool to sleep by holding the Ctrl key while your mouse is over the Ghost Interface. Pressing Ctrl multiple times cycles through the modes: active -> dashed line hidden -> sleep -> active. Press Shift + scroll wheel up to add the current page to "GhostFAB," your unique favorites list. Press Shift + scroll wheel down to open your "GhostFAB" list. All three options clearly explain the functionality. The first option is very straightforward and formal, the second is a bit more dynamic, and the third is the most concise. This extension uses a GUI called "Ghost Interface," which has been granted a patent by the Japan Patent Office.
