Floating icon on my pages, never installed the app.

The floating icon is clearly spam and should not be there when i didn't even install the app. There is no clear way to remove it. This has been said before by users and you only respond with 'you can uninstall it with the click of a button' with no directions on how to do that. You click on it, it takes you to install the app. I reported this extension for abusive spam icon and refusal to tell people how to get rid of the spam icon that should not have been installed without even installing the extension.
