Hyperfiling — MCA Sync Companion
Overview
Sync live company master data, director KYC status, SRN filings, and charges directly from MCA21 V3 into Hyperfiling workspaces.
Hyperfiling — MCA Sync Companion reads what is already on the MCA21 V3 page you have open and copies it into a Hyperfiling client workspace, so you do not retype it. What it reads from the page: • Company name and CIN • Signatory details — DIN, name, designation, appointment date, and the DIR-3 KYC status where the page shows one • SRN filing history — e-form, submission date and ROC processing status • Index of charges — charge ID, holder, amount and satisfaction state It reports only what is on the page. A field the page does not carry is sent as Unknown and shows as a neutral badge, never as an approval. A row missing something the statutory register requires — a valid SRN, a director's name, a charge amount — is not recorded at all, and the popup tells you how many rows that was. Nothing is defaulted, guessed or inferred. You choose which client workspace each sync goes to. The extension does nothing until you click it, and it runs on mca.gov.in only. A Hyperfiling account is required. Hyperfiling is a statutory-compliance workspace for Chartered Accountants and Company Secretaries in India.
