The feature GoHighLevel won't build. GHL Snapshots are all-or-nothing. You can't export a single workflow. Workflow Porter gives you the scalpel. EXPORT any workflow from the GoHighLevel workflow builder as a clean, portable JSON file: Triggers, actions, conditions, branches. Everything captured. IMPORT a workflow into any GoHighLevel account. Create a blank workflow, click Import, select your file. The entire workflow: including complex branching logic, is recreated in seconds. How it works 1. Open any workflow in the GHL builder 2. Click the Workflow Porter icon 3. Hit Export — get a .porter.json file 4. Open a blank workflow in another account (or sub-account) 5. Click Import — select the file 6. Refresh — your workflow is there, complete with triggers and branches What gets exported? * All workflow actions (tags, webhooks, emails, SMS, wait steps, notes, assignments — every action type) * Triggers and trigger conditions * Branching logic (if/else, conditions, parallel branches) * Workflow settings (timezone, multiple contact handling, response behaviour) * Action configuration (templates, URLs, custom fields) What stays safe? Webhook secrets and API keys are automatically stripped on export. Account-specific IDs (user assignments, custom field references) are flagged for review after import.
