GHL Lead Tab Title

Overview
Replaces the generic GoHighLevel tab title with the lead name or the section name.
GoHighLevel shows the same tab title on every page, so a row of pinned GHL tabs is impossible to tell apart. This extension renames GoHighLevel tabs automatically: • A contact page shows the lead's name (e.g. "Anna Kovács") • Opportunities, Calendar, Contacts, Dashboard and Conversations show their section name • Every other page keeps GoHighLevel's own title Works on app.gohighlevel.com. Nothing to configure. Privacy: the extension only reads the open GoHighLevel page to set the tab title. It makes no network requests, stores nothing, and sends no data anywhere.
