Demoplex Screen Capture lets you turn any web page into a step in a Demoplex clickthrough demo — without switching tabs, opening a separate tool, or leaving the page you're on. HOW IT WORKS 1. Click the Demoplex icon in your toolbar, or press Alt+Shift+S on any page. 2. Capture the full page, or pick any app window or screen. 3. Keep going — every capture queues up locally, so you can grab as many steps as you need before sending anything. 4. Click "Send to Demoplex" and your steps become a real demo you can share, right in your Demoplex account. Captions, callouts and hotspots are added there, on the live captured page. RECORD INSTEAD OF CLICKING Press Record to capture the whole walkthrough as video rather than as separate screenshots. Chrome shows its own recording indicator the entire time, and recording stops the moment you press stop or close the tab. The video is saved to your own Demoplex account as an MP4 you can trim, crop and turn into steps there. You can also start a click-capture session: click through your product and every click becomes a step automatically, across tabs and windows. BEFORE IT UPLOADS Anything sensitive on a captured screen can be blacked out or blurred from the extension itself — those pixels are destroyed on your machine, before the capture ever leaves it.
