Skip videos forward/backward by user-defined seconds

Skip back or ahead in any video by exactly the number of seconds you choose. Press → or D to skip ahead, ← or A to rewind. YouTube jumps 5 or 10 seconds, other players use their own amount, and some don't support skip keys at all. This extension gives you one set of keys that works the same way on most sites with a standard HTML5 video player, with the skip time you pick. It doesn't read, collect or send anything: no accounts, no tracking, no network requests at all. WHY CHROME SAYS "READ AND CHANGE DATA ON ALL WEBSITES" To catch your skip keys on whatever site you're watching, the extension has to run on those pages. Chrome uses that standard wording for any extension that does this. The only thing it ever changes is the video's playback position.
