A simple extension that allows users to view custom css on GitHub profiles.

Fetches a custom css file from one of the following: github.com/someuser/someuser/user.css github.com/someuser/somerepo/repo.css github.com/someorg/.github/repo.css and displays the custom styles directly on the user profile, repository or organization profile.
