RESTAURANT PROFILES Keep each restaurant's name, branch, cuisine, menu items and approved descriptions, service options, contact details and opening hours together. Profiles are saved to your Reputation Systems account. On a linked review page, the restaurant's name, reply instructions and signature settings are used for drafting. Put any approved menu facts you want the AI to use in the reply instructions. CHECK RESTAURANT COMPLAINTS Truth Check runs in your browser. It can flag missed complaints about food temperature, wrong or missing items, portions, waiting and packaging, as well as unsupported refunds, dietary or allergy assurances, and claims that staff were spoken to or retrained. Choose dine-in, takeaway or delivery when the review's service context is unclear. A manager-review reminder flags serious health or safety allegations. CAPTURE, EDIT AND POST On supported Google Business Profile and Tripadvisor review pages, click RR beside a review to request a draft. After reviewing it, clicking RR's Post reply fills and submits the site's native reply form. If a Truth Check warning remains, the extension asks you to confirm posting anyway. On recognized Yelp, Uber Eats and DoorDash review or reply fields, RR assists with capture and insertion. Insert fills the reply field; you then use the website's own Post or Send button. For other accessible websites, highlight the review and click the RR toolbar icon, or paste the review into the extension. Click in the reply field and choose Insert, or copy the draft. Some protected pages and embedded editors cannot be accessed; use copy and paste there. Nothing is published just by generating a draft. Read the reply and verify facts and commitments before you approve a posting action. Truth Check is an automated aid, not a guarantee of accuracy or a way to establish what happened at the restaurant. SETTINGS AND ACCOUNT Choose a tone, reply language, light or dark appearance, and a draft workspace. The extension is free to install. Click Log in / Sign up to create a free Reputation Systems (RR) account and connect the extension. The free account includes a reply allowance so you can try AI drafting without a paid subscription. An RR account and connection are required for AI generation and profile synchronization. Usage is subject to your account's reply allowance. Optional paid subscriptions and additional reply credits are available through the RR console. PRIVACY Selected review details and applicable reply settings are sent securely to Reputation Systems and its model-processing providers when you request a draft. Restaurant profiles are stored with your RR account. Your private extension credential and local preferences stay in your Chrome profile.
