GH Reloaded — small, focused upgrades for GitHub Projects GitHub Projects covers the fundamentals well, but a few real gaps make day-to-day planning harder than it needs to be. GH Reloaded fills exactly those gaps — nothing more — as a set of independent features you can turn on individually. Dependency graph On any issue with sub-issues, see a left-to-right graph of how they block each other — right below the sub-issues list, no extra clicks. It pulls in each sub-issue's status, effort, and blocking/blocked-by relationships, highlights the critical path (the longest chain by effort), and shows dependencies outside the sub-issue set as dimmed external nodes. Answers "what's actually holding this up?" at a glance. Quick-create button Adds a "New Issue"-style button straight into a Project's own toolbar, linking to whichever repo and issue template you configure — handy when the repo people should file into isn't the one the board itself lives in (a shared triage board, a request tracker, etc.). Fully customizable: label, URL, icon, color, and which board it shows on. Board dependency arrows (experimental) On a Kanban board, draws an arrow directly between two visible cards when one blocks the other — colored red if the blocker is stuck behind the card it's blocking, so you can spot at-risk work without opening a single issue. Full-width board Stretches a Kanban board to the full browser width instead of a narrow centered column, so more columns fit before you need to scroll. Why install it If your team runs sprints, triage boards, or roadmaps in GitHub Projects, these are the things you end up wanting anyway — dependency visibility, less clicking to file work, and a board that actually uses your screen. Every feature can be switched off individually from the Settings page, and nothing is preset: you configure exactly what you need. Open source, MIT licensed.
