Read Markdown without creating a file first. MDV Plus turns Markdown from your clipboard into a formatted document in a dedicated browser tab. Open local Markdown files, switch between reading and editing, and save your changes. Features: • Open Markdown directly from your clipboard, with manual paste as a fallback. • Read in a clean document view with a compact toolbar. • Show or hide the editor alongside the preview. • Open, save and save Markdown files under a new name. • Choose document themes and syntax highlighting. • View Markdown on websites you explicitly permit. • Use the interface in English or German. File saving depends on your browser’s capabilities. Where direct file access is unavailable, MDV Plus saves through downloads instead. Markdown is rendered in your browser. Settings use Chrome’s synchronized storage. Documents may load external images they reference; optional emoji rendering also loads images from a CDN. MDV Plus is based on the open-source Markdown Viewer by Simeon Velichkov, with additional clipboard and editing features. It is an independent project, not an official release by the original author.
