ClickUp lets you export Docs one at a time. Docs Exporter for ClickUp exports all of them at once. Pick a workspace, tick the Docs you want (or Select all), choose your formats, and download one ZIP file. Every Doc keeps its pages and subpages as folders, sorted by Space, Folder and List, so you can find things straight away. In ClickUp, open Settings → Apps and copy your API token (starts with pk_). 3. Paste it, pick your Docs, and press Export. Built-in care for big workspaces: it follows ClickUp's rate limits automatically, shows progress, and if one Doc fails the rest still export (you get a list of what failed).
