Itemized exports your Amazon order history as a CSV where every card charge is matched to the items it paid for, including split shipments, partial refunds and gift-card payments. Made for amazon.ca, with amazon.com and amazon.co.uk in beta. Ready-made files for QuickBooks, Xero, YNAB or a spreadsheet. Runs in your browser on your own Amazon pages, and the last 31 days are free. Your card statement says "AMZN Mktp CA −$26.87". Which order was that? Which of the six things in the cart? Itemized answers that for every Amazon transaction. It reads your own Amazon payment history and order pages, works out which items each card charge paid for — even when Amazon splits one order into several charges — and gives you a CSV you can import or keep for taxes. What you get • One row per item, under the card charge that paid for it, with the order number, seller, quantity and the item's share of tax and shipping. • Split charges handled: when one order is billed as two or three card charges, each charge lists only its own items. • Refunds as their own rows, naming the refunded item when the amount identifies it. • Gift cards and coupons accounted for, and clearly marked when an amount had to be split by price. • A totals check before you download, so nothing is silently missing. • Files for QuickBooks (3-column bank upload), Xero (bank statement CSV), YNAB, or a plain spreadsheet. Using Monarch in Canada? Its retail sync extension supports Amazon US only for now. It needs no budgeting-app login, and the last 31 days are free. Private by design • Runs entirely in your browser, on Amazon's own pages, while you are signed in. • No account with us, no Itemized server, no tracking. Your orders are never sent anywhere. • Saved orders stay in your browser so the next export is instant. "Forget saved orders" clears them on every Amazon site. • The only outside service is ExtensionPay, which checks whether you have Pro using a random install ID. No order data is ever sent.
