Adds an AI assistant panel to the clinical note editor used by American Physiatry clinicians. It can dictate and transcribe a visit, draft the note from the transcript, suggest ICD-10 codes from the patient's existing history, and insert a clinical risk summary under the Assessment/Plan section. This extension is for American Physiatry providers only. It requires an active clinician login and talks only to American Physiatry's own clinical API. It does nothing on any other website.
