Registered business can now quickly GET FEEDBACK from their clients/patients with just one click! The top business understand how important it is to regularly obtain customer feedback. Now, with one click, business owners can request feedback from their customers via a text message and immediately learn about any potential dissatisfaction. This browser extension works with all of the software published to the Fantastic Companies platform, including the Patient Approved® system and the Client Approved® system. Activation: A valid Patient Approved® or Client Approved® account is required and must be entered when loading the extension. In addition, the extension must be authorized for use on the client side or feedback requests will fail. Privacy Notice: The extension does not collect or store any sensitive data. Transmission of all requests is encrypted.
