JPG, PNG, WEBP와 출력 너비를 선택할 수 있습니다. • 장면 감지: 하드 컷을 감지하고 민감도를 조절하여 장면별로 분할합니다. • 결과 확인과 저장: 결과를 미리 보고 개별 파일 또는 ZIP으로 다운로드합니다. • 한국어와 English: 편집기 안에서 언어를 전환할 수 있습니다. 사용 방법 1. Chrome 툴바에서 FrameCut 아이콘을 클릭합니다. 2. 영상 파일을 끌어다 놓거나 샘플 영상 사용을 선택합니다. 3. 영상 분할 또는 프레임 추출을 선택하고 간격과 출력 설정을 조정합니다. 4. 분할 시작 또는 이미지 추출을 누릅니다. 5. 결과를 확인하고 필요한 파일을 다운로드합니다. 개인정보 처리 사용자가 직접 선택한 영상과 파일명, 영상 메타데이터는 영상 처리에 필요한 범위에서 기기 안에서만 읽습니다. 결과 클립과 이미지는 미리보기와 다운로드를 위해 메모리에 보관합니다. 영상, 파일명, 결과물을 개발자나 외부 서버로 전송하지 않습니다. 로그인, 광고, 분석 도구, 추적기가 없습니다. 언어 설정만 기기의 localStorage에 저장합니다. 현재 웹페이지의 내용이나 방문 기록을 읽지 않습니다. 제한 사항 • 파일 크기와 한 작업의 출력 개수에 제한이 있습니다. • 큰 영상이나 긴 정밀 인코딩은 처리 시간이 오래 걸리거나 기기 메모리의 영향을 받을 수 있습니다. • 빠른 분할의 컷 지점은 원본 키프레임의 영향을 받습니다. 정확한 컷이 필요하면 정밀 모드를 사용하세요. • 장면 감지는 하드 컷에 적합하며 페이드나 디졸브를 놓칠 수 있습니다. • 편집기 탭을 닫으면 저장하지 않은 결과가 사라집니다. 필요한 파일은 먼저 다운로드하세요. 가격 무료입니다. 계정, 구독, 인앱 결제가 없습니다. English FrameCut is a free video utility that processes files entirely on your computer. Split a video or extract frames as images without uploading the source anywhere. No account or subscription is required. File-size and output-count limits apply. Click the toolbar icon to open the full-tab editor. The extension does not inject anything into the page you are viewing, and it requests no permissions and no host permissions. The FFmpeg engine, font, and sample video are bundled inside the extension, so it works offline. What it does • Video → video clips: split by fixed seconds, every N source frames, manual cut points, or detected scene changes. • Precise or fast splitting: precise mode forces keyframes for exact cuts; fast mode stream-copies the original video for speed. • Video → images: extract every frame, every N frames, or one frame every N seconds as JPG/PNG/WEBP, with optional output width. • Scene detection: find hard cuts, tune sensitivity, then split every scene in one step. • Useful results: inspect clip thumbnails, duration, and size; download individual files or one ZIP. • Korean / English: switch the editor language instantly. How to use it 1. Click the FrameCut toolbar icon. 2. Drop a video or choose Use sample video. 3. Pick Split video or Extract frames and set the interval, format, and quality. 4. Choose Start split or Extract images. 5. Preview the results and download individual files or a ZIP. Privacy and security • Videos and results never leave the device. • User-selected videos, filenames, and metadata are processed locally only. • No upload API, account, analytics, ads, or trackers. • No extension permissions and no host permissions. • Only the language preference is stored in local storage; it is never sent anywhere. • The CSP allows wasm-unsafe-eval solely to instantiate the bundled FFmpeg WebAssembly core. No remote code or eval is used. Limitations • The single-threaded FFmpeg.wasm core can be slow on large files or long precise encodes. • Fast split snaps to existing keyframes.
