Geopilot Game

A fun p5.js-based rotating block game playable inside a Chrome extension popup.

Geopilot is a minimalist, arcade-style sandbox built with p5.js. Pilot a rotating pointer at the center of the board, drop blocks, and watch the grid evolve as you switch directions and move forward or reverse. It’s simple to learn in seconds—and oddly satisfying to master. What you do: Rotate the center pointer in 45° steps (N, NE, E, SE, S, SW, W, NW). Move forward or reverse while the world “scrolls” around you. Place and remove blocks to draw paths, patterns, and mazes on the fly. Track your direction, turn count, and your evolving x/y drift as you build. Why it’s fun Instant feedback: every keystroke changes the board. Chill or challenge: doodle patterns—or speed-pilot and see how long you can keep symmetry. Tiny footprint: no accounts, no setup, just open and play. Keyboard-first: crisp controls for fast, satisfying input. Controls: Turn right: D or Right Arrow Turn left: A or Left Arrow Forward mode: W or Up Arrow Reverse mode: S or Down Arrow Place block: Space Remove last block: E Remove many: type a number (e.g., 4 removes the last 4) Clear all blocks: C Open controls overlay: click CONTROLS Exit overlay: click EXIT (Tip: Your current heading is displayed at the top-right. The more blocks you place, the more your x/y drift counter changes.)
