Genternet turns the page you are reading into an AI-generated infographic briefing. Click the toolbar icon to transform the active page into a visual summary with source-grounded cards, then click or drag on any region of the generated image to drill into that topic. The extension is built for articles, documentation, product pages, search results, forums, directories, and other text-heavy web pages. It extracts the rendered page content, asks your configured LLM for structured briefing data, and sends the resulting prompt to your configured image provider to create a 4:3 visual briefing. Genternet is bring-your-own-key software. You choose the LLM and image provider settings in the extension options page. API keys are stored locally in Chrome extension storage. The public runtime does not route your page content through a Genternet-hosted service; when you start generation, the active page content and generated prompts are sent only to the providers you configure. Use Genternet when you want to understand a dense page quickly, turn a page into a visual briefing, or explore a topic by drilling deeper into specific parts of the generated infographic.
