Overview
Calculates a birth date from a death date and exact age found on tombstones.
Genealogy Date Calculator is a simple, lightweight tool designed specifically for family historians and genealogists. When looking at historical records or tombstones, individuals are often listed with a death date and an exact age breakdown (years, months, and days). Manually calculating the birth date while accounting for varying month lengths and leap years can be tedious. This extension does the math for you instantly. Simply enter the death date and the exact age components, and it calculates the precise birth date with a single click. Runs entirely locally on your device with no data collection or tracking.
