It is built for people who use Gemini for research, writing, coding, study and client work—and need more than a long, messy conversation list. Processing starts only after you explicitly click Gemini’s image Download button or choose a file on the manual watermark-removal page. The automatic watermark-removal switch is visible in both Popup and Settings. Images are not sent to the shared AI service. A local quality check keeps the original when the watermark-removal result is not reliable. SAFER CHAT CLEANUP Gemini Workspace scans only conversations currently visible in the Gemini sidebar. You choose the chats, can protect the newest items, review the exact count and type a confirmation phrase. The extension then uses Gemini’s own menu one conversation at a time and shows completed, failed and unprocessed totals. FREE AND FLEXIBLE The current version is free. Turn individual modules on or off, choose your language, export format, image format, canvas preset and Downloads subfolders. AI prompt improvement uses a limited free daily allowance; when today’s uses are finished, you can continue tomorrow. PRIVACY-MINDED Folders, prompts, chains, notes, queues, settings and history are stored in Chrome storage. Prompt text is sent to the shared AI backend only when you click Improve or Fix grammar.
