Gemini Notebook Organizer adds the folder and tag system Gemini Notebook (formerly NotebookLM) doesn't have, without ever leaving the page. A side panel puts a full organizer next to your Gemini Notebook tab, and a small indicator on the page itself lets you open or close it with one click. FOLDERS • Create nested folders and drag notebooks straight into them • Click a folder to instantly filter the Gemini Notebook grid down to just its notebooks • Drag-and-drop auto-expands collapsed folders so you always see where you're dropping TAGS • Color-coded tags you can assign right from each notebook card, or from the side panel • Filter by one or more tags at once, combined with folder filters • Quick tag/folder pickers appear directly on notebook cards and on the notebook detail page header NOTES VIEW • Search across all your notebooks by title • Batch mode: select multiple notebooks and tag, move, or delete them all at once • Every filter, move, or delete action reflects immediately on the main Gemini Notebook page — no refresh needed SYNCED ACROSS DEVICES • Folders, tags, and their assignments sync via your Chrome account (chrome.storage.sync), so your organization follows you to any signed-in browser • Export/import your full setup as a JSON file for backup or migration OTHER DETAILS • Light, dark, and system theme support • No account, no external servers — all data lives in your own Chrome sync/local storage Gemini Notebook Organizer is an independent project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
