Gemini Mode Selector enhances your workflow by automatically selecting your preferred response mode when Gemini loads. No more manually switching between modes every time. Key Features (Free Version) • Default Mode Selection Choose your preferred mode (Thinking or Fast) and apply it automatically on startup. • Session Mode Lock Keep your selected mode consistent throughout your session. • Quick Switch UI Switch modes instantly using a compact control displayed directly on the page. • Smart Fallback Behavior If your preferred mode is not available, choose to either keep the current mode or select the first available option. • Local Settings Storage All settings are saved locally in your browser. No data is transmitted externally. • Usage Stats Track how often you switch modes and how the extension behaves. Planned Pro Features (Preview Only) • Input-aware automatic mode selection • Per-page / per-chat mode memory • Multiple profiles • Usage analytics and history These features are currently shown as preview UI and are not active in the free version. Privacy This extension does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All functionality runs locally within your browser. Compatibility Works with Gemini Web (https://gemini.google.com/) Note This extension depends on the Gemini interface. Changes in the UI may affect behavior and require updates.
