After 4 Years as a Gem user...I am taking a few minutes out of my weekend to say that I am so grateful for this technology. The software thinks about the entire sourcing workflow and provides features that help sourcing and recruiting teams work smarter, not harder. Zen Sourcer is amazing. I don't know how I ever sourced without it. I've been using it since August and love the updates that keep coming from the team. When I first heard about it and wanted to start testing the product out, the founders were super helpful and flexible in making sure I understood everything. I have been using ZenSourcer since August, and have seen the product grow so much. Not only has this extension cut my workload in a third by allowing me to get rid of my old Google Sheet to keep track of candidates, but it has been a big help in following up with candidates. Every week they keep improving their platform by integrating CRM functionalities on top of the mail merge functions.
