Not working anymore

I have tried 3-4 courses which was 100% done with get certificate but when I tried to reset it, it didn't work.
Steps: I opened course and then did reset.

Collapses modules, but does not reset them.

I click on the extension icon, I select reset, but the modules do not reset and show the same old progress.
