Mergeline sends a personal copy of one email to everyone on your list, from your own Gmail account, and follows up with the people who have not replied. Each person gets their own normal email, so there is no Bcc and no one sees the other addresses. The free plan sends up to 60 emails a day; follow-ups, attachments and scheduling are part of Pro. Made for personal emails to people who know you: job applications, class and parent updates, client updates, event invitations, members and volunteers, invoices and certificates. Mergeline is not for unsolicited email or bought lists. HOW IT WORKS 1. Add your list: paste addresses, drop a CSV or Excel file, link a Google Sheet, or collect people from any Gmail search. Duplicates and invalid addresses are removed for you, and a check spots typos and addresses that will bounce. 2. Write once, or start from a ready-made template. Tags like {{FirstName|there}} fill in each person's details, with a fallback when a cell is empty, and whole sentences can show only for people who match. Preview the exact email every person will get. 3. Add up to 7 follow-ups (Pro). They go in the same conversation and stop automatically for anyone who replies. 4. Press Send. Mergeline sends through your Gmail at a safe pace, and every email appears in your Sent folder. SAFE FOR YOUR ACCOUNT • Random gaps between emails and a daily cap you choose. • Slow start for new or quiet accounts. • Send only during set hours, in your time zone or each person's. • Pauses automatically if too many addresses bounce. • A do-not-email list: people who reply "unsubscribe" and addresses that bounce are never emailed again. • Type {{ to pick a merge tag, a fallback or conditional text as you write. • Checks before you send: missing merge tags, spam-filter phrases, too many links, long subjects.
