GEE Batch Exports Runner

Adds a one-click batch runner for unsubmitted Google Earth Engine export tasks.

GEE Batch Exports Runner helps Google Earth Engine users start multiple pending export tasks from the Code Editor task panel with fewer clicks. When export tasks appear in the Earth Engine Tasks tab, open the extension popup and click “Run all”. The extension finds visible RUN buttons in the current Earth Engine tab, opens each export confirmation dialog, and confirms it one by one. A delay setting is included so you can slow the process down if the Earth Engine interface is responding slowly.
