Buttons collapsed

The last few weeks all the buttons appear to be missing their text. They still function, it's just tricky to know which is which and get the mouse right on them. Curiously if I inspect element on the Developer Extension window they pop back to normal. I've run my browser with only this enabled to see if there's any sort of conflict and that doesn't seem to be the case.
