J'ai beau lire et relire votre présentation, je n'arrive pas à télécharger mon document word PDF pour le compresser ? Quel onglet activer, Merci de votre aide, URGENT ! J'ai bien sûr télécharger Chrome comme demandé auparavant.....

How do I uninstall this app??

I was advised to get this smallpdf app to open certain documents I was sent. I now cannot get rid of it! It is wanting me to pay money and I don't want it!! It makes reading and annotating pdf documents a pain!

Smallpdf desktop

I paid for the full desktop app but after an update the desktop app no longer works. I get a message that says I need administrator access--I am the administrator. I cannot access the "smallpdf" folder, but have no problem accessing any other folder in same directory. I submitted a report to smallpdf Dec. 11, it is now Jan 18, still cannot access the app that I paid for and have not heard from smallpdf in over a month.

he intentado de varias formas y no he podido utilizar la aplicacion con chrome... no comprime el documento dice que se realizo con exito pero no se donde esta el documento.. AYUDAAAA
